UNDERGROUND GROUND LOADING STATION

SCOPE OF WORK

This is an underground and aboveground loading station project of Cengiz İnşaat Plant's Underground Copper Facility in Siirt.

The project in general; Grizlly, Fixed Crusher, 40m3 Bunker, Feeder, 18m 1400 Conveyor Belt and Platform Steel, Magnetic Detector, Metal Seperator, Transfer Chute, 185m 1400 Conveyor Belt, Underground 900ton Silo steel structure of the underground loading station's feeding point , Bosphorus Chute, Hydraulic System controlled Pouring Chute, Pull Platform and Walkways, 57m 1600 Load Cell Conveyor Belt system.

In addition, all the designs of the Underground and Aboveground Loading Station's Surface Ore Transfer Chute, 750ton intermediate stock silo, Under-Silo Bosphorus Chute and Cast Chute, Vibro Feeder, Conveyor Feed Chute were made by Çolakoğlu Makina.

All the manufacturing of the aboveground and underground loading station has been carried out by Çolakoğlu Makina in the light of its experience and in line with the quality standards, taking into account the technical standards and customer demands. The steel structure of the system, automation and electrical system, commissioning after installation and installation were provided by Çolakoğlu Makina.
