Arsin Makina Manufacturing Facility was established in 1996 in order to centralize the steel construction manufacturing activities. Today, it has the capacity to serve the specific requirements of projects that are undertaken in 3 continents with an annual capacity of 5000 tons.

Having these certificates, the facility is equipped with advanced CNC machines to ensure high quality and reliability in steel manufacturing.

In terms of design and drawing requirements, the facility serves with specialized staff in the design and engineering of industrial facilities and other structures through the extensive use of state-of-the-art CAD / CAM systems with specific 

FACILITY POSSIBILITIES

Arsin Makina Manufacturing Facility has spread to a total area of 6.000 square meters with its closed production area of 4500 m2 consisting of 6 production hall, open and closed field material storage areas, management offices and social buildings.

The facility is equipped with fully automatic steel ball blasting-automatic painting line, CNC oxygen cutting machines, cold cutting, bending and drilling machines, automatic welding equipment, CNC drilling / milling machines. Rolled plates up to 3 meters in width are easily handled on benches. Up to 30 tons of material can be processed by the facility.

MANPOWER

Arsin Makina Manufacturing Facility employs 100 skilled, well trained, blue and white collar personnel of whom 15 are technical staff and 85 are production team personnel. On the other hand, 7 of them are employed as work force in the painting team.
