SCOPE OF WORK

t Çolakoğlu Makine, we have successfully completed the manufacturing of 5 TC-10 Tanks and 6 TC-50 Tanks for the flotation project, which are used in the mineral processing of ores. These tanks, with diameters ranging from Ø2000 to Ø3500 mm and heights between 2000 and 3000 mm, were produced through a process requiring high precision and attention to detail. This project has been a complex task, requiring great care and precision in both engineering and manufacturing phases. 

Our production processes have been carried out in full compliance with the requirements of the EN1090 certification, ensuring adherence to international quality standards and safety norms. This certification is a clear demonstration of our commitment to quality, safety, and durable production. 

Throughout the project, our engineering team conducted comprehensive technical analyses, playing an active role not only in production but also in the design and implementation processes. From loading planning to packaging procedures, all logistical details were meticulously planned, and the shipping process was completed without any issues. 

By prioritizing quality and combining our solution-oriented approach with our principle of on-time delivery, we have successfully completed this project. We have not only fully met customer expectations but have also reinforced our commitment to maintaining and continually improving the highest quality standards in the industry through our EN1090 certification.
