SCOPE OF WORK

As Çolakoğlu Makina, we have successfully completed the manufacturing of approximately 60 tons of equipment within the scope of the 30-meter diameter Thickener Project. The project included the production of the Launder, Feed Box, and Rake Mechanism sections.

These large-scale components are designed for use in mineral processing operations and were manufactured through a production process that required high engineering precision and meticulous attention to detail. The project’s complex structure demanded careful planning, strong coordination, and advanced fabrication capabilities throughout both the engineering and manufacturing phases.

All production activities were carried out in full compliance with the requirements of our EN 1090 certification, ensuring adherence to international quality standards and safety norms. This certification is a clear indication of our commitment to quality and our dedication to safe and durable manufacturing practices.

Throughout the project, our engineering team played an active role in all stages — from design verification and welding planning to dimensional inspections and pre-assembly checks — providing comprehensive technical support not only during fabrication but also throughout the overall engineering process.

Additionally, loading planning, packing procedures, and shipment organization were all meticulously managed, ensuring that the project was completed smoothly and delivered on schedule.

By prioritizing quality, maintaining a solution-oriented approach, and adhering to our on-time delivery principle, we successfully brought this project to completion. In doing so, we not only fully met customer expectations but also reinforced our commitment to upholding and continuously improving the highest industry standards — as demonstrated by our EN 1090 certification.
